This is what I mean, people view him as a clown withhout looking at his prime in the 80's. Yes, he was dismantled by JCC but he's got the fastest hands EVER and a good chin.
By 'rated higher', I'm actually combining his in-the-ring accomplishments with his physical ability. He would be more than competitive with any of those guys at 135 if you analyze the fights OBJECTIVELY. 140 could be another story but...
I dont think hes a clown but based on this thread i can say you're a clown that doesnt know **** about boxing,you dont even know that his prime was at 130 not 135 or 140 ,stick with commentating youtube clips like the rest of the clowns.
