I just bought the new Ring Magazine (the purple one with Bradley on the cover) and I just read that Ring/Oscar:D was going to strip Pac from his title if he doesn't defend it in his next bout and keep campaigning @ welter. Pac requested Ring Magazine for him to keep the belt and that he will defend it after his date with Clottey...

Does that mean that he won 't fight Mayweather after Clottey?
Does that mean that he's looking for a tune-up @ LWW before facing Money?

I doubt Pacquiao cares about keeping the belt. He'll fight next whoever gets him the most money. Ring just doesn't want him hijacking the belt if he's not fighting at 140 anymore.

Oscar's revenge if you ask me. Pathetic, but that's all he got.... :yep

Hasn't JMM not fought at his weight longer?

Pac won't care about another alphabet belt.

  7. Yep. Marquez fought at 135 last March, Pacquiao won his belt last May.

I think that a fight with Floyd is up to Floyd himself. If Floyd don't want to fight it's not gonna happen. Life moves on....it's a shame b/c I think the boxing community needs this fight should both Floyd and manny win but Floyd is the one with reservations about facing Manny....not the other way around.

PAC has some decent fights at Jr WW but the big one is at WW with Shane or Floyd. I think he'll face Shane should shane beat Floyd but I doubt Floyd, should he get past Mosely will try to make the fight with PAC. If he wanted it....the fight would be taking place this weekend.

Im afraid to tell you this but the fight being canceled was not only floyds fault but pacs to. one fighter can not be blamed they both equally shot this fight down

i think marquez has sugested he wants to return there

and i think pac will stay at 147 anyway and fight the winner of the mega fight

seems harsh but you gotta realise that 140 is heating up so to have the ring title not being fought over is wrong

I can understand your stance on this....and I hope you can understand mine. This fight would have been made after the obstacle of money was resolved. The wild card to this fight NOT happening all stems from allegations of PEDs use that was baseless and unfounded....that ultimately set up the request for blood testing demands which was the cause for the collapse of this fight.

Now I will say this.....Roach has been quoted numerous times with varying responses to why PAC will not give in to the demands which is a bit questionable to me along with everyone else....but on the flip side Floyd TOO has been contradicting his stance on Manny ever since knowing he'd be next in line to face Manny.

While I do agree Camp PAC has some blame for the fight not happening it's clear as day that the majority of the blame is solely resting on Floyd's shoulders. I'm not asking you to agree with me...I'm just offering my 2 cents.
