Not agreeing to random blood testing does not equal no testing at all. All steroids show up in urine. If Manny accepted unlimited urine testing, he clearly isn't using steroids.

That leaves PEDs that can only be detected by blood. Go find out what those are, how they are used, and then see if they could be used without getting caught when faced with the gauntlet of blood and unlimited urine testing that was agreed to by Pacquiao. If you actually do the research, you'd see that no known PEDs could reasonably be fit into that testing protocol. Unknown, novel PEDs wouldn't be detectable so if that's what Manny's using, why would he fear any testing at all?

Those who think the 24 day blood cutoff leaves too big a window also must believe that Manny would be so brazen as to try and cycle some magical PEDs into that window despite the intense scrutiny he's now under because he can't function without them.

Unfortunately, it's so much easier for some vocal posters to ignore the science and just keep insisting that Pacquiao uses steroids.
