You got a valid point which is why I understand your stance on this. But Floyd went about this completely wrong. He didn't have to try to drag Manny name through the mud to set up these demands. In fact that was irresponsible given the fact that Manny has NEVER been under any suspicion until these allegations were put out there from Floyd. I think Manny had a struggle with givinng in to Floyd based on his actions as well as not liking to give blood at all...let alone numerous times throughout came.

The bigger question is who's job is it to set the standard of testing for boxing athletes. Individual boxers or the boxing commission of a particular state. Seems to me it's the Athletic Commissions job to do that, and if you have trouble with their standards, try changing them within the system, rather than dictate it as part of a negotiation to fight another fighter.

That's my take on this issue.

 

It was never a given PAC would have made Floyd pay in the ring. Manny has stated that while he feels he can beat Floyd that he respects the challenge Floyd presents.

That wasn't the stance Floyd had.....Manny was suppose to be a cake walk and his easiest payday yet he had a chance of position when he knew he was next up in line to face Manny.
