If at all ... My original thought was that TopRank would build the hype up about the fight ... i'm not sure that will happen. TopRank has a nice stable of fighters that includes 140 -147 pounders ... I can see Margarito, Mosley, one of those 140 lb champions getting a crack at Pacquiao ...

    Is TopRank protecting Pac?

TopRank doesn't need to protect Pac since he could beat anyone and is approaching retirement anyways

Also, you go from talking about TopRank's stable to talking about Mosley, who is with the same promoter as Floyd.

Mosley is golden boy. And Top Rank is protecting Pac, sort of. They won't stick him out with anyone from another stable that might beat the **** out of him, like Mayweather or even Mosley. They would rather have a loss happen in house so that the effects will still be inside Bob Arum's wallet.

Uh ... just because Mosley is with GoldenBoy doesn't mean that he can't fight Pacquiao.

My question to you is who turns down $24m in guaranteed money + a piece of the revenue because of a blood test? ... how do you save face and how do you explain your side?

No doubt Pacquiao goes for Valero or Cheato next. It's all building to Pacquiao-Chavez Jr!!

Pac v Chavez Jr makes sense ... no one knows what weight class he's in ... I heard that he can make 147 lbs

Floyd also turned down the exact same thing over a blood test. Goes both ways

But the next fight he requested the blood test and the clean opponent was willing to go through with it.

the question is..who is Mayweather going to fight?

Pac's got the pick of the litter. He can go down to 140 and clean house. 147 division will not be loaded except if Pac and Mayweather fight. Which chances are nil considering Pac will only fight in Texas and Mayweather doesn't want to travel in his own country to defend the US honor.
