this :good... but the Fanboys will accuse Chuchulain of being a *******, which is funny. Knowledgeable posters on here are being drowned out by the uneducated floyd masses and their alternate accounts

Sorry. That doesn't hold water. FMJ is taking on a more dangerous opponent, his fight is more anticipated, AND the guy is willing to test.

Sorry man. Circumstances are making Pac look worse by the day.

I know what you are trying to say and that could be valid but...

Mosley lost to the man (Cotto) but beat the man (Margarito) that beat the man (Cotto).

Clottey lost to the man (Cotto) and he lost to the man (Margarito) that beat the man (Cotto).

Now we can make a case for Clottey in both of these fights because I feel he beat Cotto and was beating Margarito.

How did FMJ "bow out" when Team Pac agreed to test, then disagreed, then ended negotiations? Team Pac bowed out.

you're right.. I think Clottey beat Cotto and was beating Margarito.. and his injuries cost him the Margarito fight. They were valid injuries that were proven, not faked like some others have done.

Cotto was beating Margarito, and lost to a different Margarito that Mosley fought... really only delusional mexican fans still argue that Margarito only ever cheated with Mosley (some still argue he didn't cheat with Mosley), not with Cotto... although all evidence of that fight leans toward the conclusion that Cotto lost to a cheater with Plaster in his wraps.

I know what it says on paper... Cotto vs Clottey was a win for Cotto... I am a cotto supporter and was rooting for him that night, as were my friends... but I did think Clottey won... not only did he beat Cotto up, but he was the aggressor and chased COtto around, and I don't count punches that get blocked, as some of the judges did.

Now Imagine Margarito's mental state for the Mosley fight... in his mind he knew that he just got caught cheating... he knew that his punches and his main power was now gone... then he began to get rocked with Power punches left and right... no way in hell he was the same that night as he was against Cotto.. no way.

All and all... Mosley is a great fighter, but has been vastly overrated after the Margarito win... Mosley could barely connect on MAYORGA! Jesus, Mayorga is probably the most willing target in the business, as Lampley put it.

Mosley is no where near Pacquiao's level, in terms of how dangerous he is for Floyd. Same as how CLottey is not as dangerous as an opponent for Pacman as Floyd would be...

They need to fight eachother... boxing needs this, the fans need this, the world wants this.

Mayweather needs to lobby the NSAC if he really cares, and stop trying to make his own rules... saying that he is trying to clean up the sport, HA! . He is making a fool out of himself, and anyone who buys into this cop out, is biting the bait.

I think I agree on all points except the last one about "making a fool". The fans need this fight.

I am a well known infamous "*****" and I know FMJ is full of crap saying he is trying to clean up boxing. He is trying to make sure that if he gets his ass beat it was for 100% legit reasons. On the flipside I also believe that Manny is acting very fishy in agreeing to test then running from testing. The spin machines are on turbo on both sides.

The NSAC needs to grow a pair and do what it is supposed to do, settle crap like this. That is like a ref who is scared to call a foul. What the hell are they there for?

Pacquiao was ready and willing to fight Floyd under the current regulations but Floyd wasn't. I don't see Pac taking a blood test unless forced by the comission, and I also doubt Foyd would ever fight without a blood test, so that's the real reason this fight will probably never happen. Not to mention that they probably won't agree on a 50-50 split next time.
