stadium fights are overrated imo I dont think I will see anything like the atmosphere of Dunne Cordoba for a long time
I wouldnt be too keen on going to a stadium fight but I like watching them on tv. There have been some great stadium nights - McGuigan at Lofus Road being my personal favourite. But the Cowboys stadium is something else - it will be a different marquee event and i think it will be quite spectacular setting. I am almost talking myself into pulling an allnighter:nut
dnt agree wit u at all sayin that paulie is not 1/10th as good as bernard dunne thats rubbish, a few more fights at a good level and u'l b eatin them words, granted the Italian woz nutin special he still outclassed him by a long way and i box meself so every1 including bernard gets caught once r twice in a twelve rounder. he went over there and got the job done and shud only b praised 4 doin so nt criticized by u, its very easy to criticize sum1 sittin on your computer bam!!!! its a bit of support all young irish pros need not, I THINK BERNARDS BETTER! dnt get me wrong bernards done wonders for irish boxing and i wish him all de best but lets start lookin forward not back!!!!!!!! GREAT STUFF PAULIE, WENT INTO THE LIONS DEN WITH NO SUPPORT OVER THERE WITH AND BOXED THE EARS OFF THE ITALIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!
Started a thread on this on the Brit Forum. Sky didnt show Wlad's entrance that night - although I saw it on youtube - quality entrance.
It was unbelieveable before his entrance though there was a gay little vignette where wlad was working in a steel mill and the lights went all pink while it was playing I was shocked the germans didnt even notice the gay symbolism! It was one of the funniest things ever
