If Tyson-Holyfield III happens, will it break PPV records?

Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by LordSharpshire, Mar 12, 2010.

  1. I think so. Even though these two geezers should've retired ages ago, there is no doubt in my mind that the buzz would be simply too much to ignore for the common folk and it would break all PPV records...by a wide margin, too. The fight itself would get hyped beyond belief and, quite simply, the idea of it still intrigues people beyond all reasonable comprehension.

I don't think so, but I agree that it would sell way more than it should. It would probably sell much better with the mainstream crowd than the boxing fans, and of course there are far more of the former than the latter.

Even the mainstream fans know that these two are geezers and no longer relevant. Break PPV numbers? LMAOO!

It'll break the PPV record that Jones-Hopkins 2 will set among two fighters in their forties.

LOL. no ****ing way. What a dumb question. You honestly think they'll be that much interest to break the record by a wide margin?

Okay then, i think you should go back to watching 12 year old porn now.
