the best heayweight jab

    which jab is the best?
    for me, it's either sonny listons jab or Larry holmes.
    I think Ali's is really fast and accurate as well.

    Liston is my pick, but I don't have any kind of issue with Holmes. I don't think Ali is a good pick. The man is an anomaly, the domination he exhibited with his jab was more to do with his exceptional reactins in ditching what is coming back rather than the excellence of the punch (though it was excellent). When all that speed was gone, Norton had success fighting him with the jab.

    I heard somewhere that Ali's jab was more of an annoying kind of jab and Holme's jab not only was effective but hurt.

    Liston's jab is so slow that you don't see the difference between photos or film of it.

    lewis's is pretty hard and people hate on vatili but he beats everyone he fights with it(his jab) because he knows how to fight tall and use it for defence as well

    I think ali's jab is good. it was pretty fast and it was ultimately the punch that carried him through the 70s
    it was faster then holmes, but not as powerful.
