ive been tryin to find it on youtube but cant, anyhow the second lewis fight with rahman, in the first round he buckled rahmans legs with a stiff jab. i think he used it so well and it also set him up for lots of kos. if anyone can find a link, post it up please!

  3. I liked Riddick Bowes jab. Although I think his overhand right was his best punch.

Sorry, but Lewis doesn't even belong on the list. The reason for this is simple: he didn't learn to use his jab until much later in his career. Watch his earlier fights against guys like Bruno...He used his jab as a range finder. Years later, he was completely outjabbed by Ray Mercer. Yes, in his last few fight the jab was great, but it was never the consistent and dominant weapon that it was for fighters like Liston, Ali or Holmes. No comparison.

Bowe had a very good jab. But he loses a lot of points on an ATG list because he was totally outjabbed in two successive fights by the all time not great Andrew Golota.

Larry Holmes all day. Lewis and W. Klit aren't far behind.

Doesn't look slow to me, especially for a HW.

It's mainly a function of his size, though.

I hate the guy, but Wlad's jab is one of the best the heavyweight division has ever seen. When Wlad commits, his jab is second to none. Like Holmes, Wlad can win a fight with just his jab. He does it in such a convincing manner, it's hard for me to see anyone else's jab being better.
