I understand that Calzaghe would not want to give Froch a payday in a similar way to how Hatton didn't want to give Witter a payday either...:yep

But by doing what he is doing will only give fuel to the Froch fire and I think that JC could end up having to chisle egg off his chin for a good while and Froch will give him endless verbals for a longtime to come...:deal

What sort of assistance can Calzaghe give on a fighter he's never fought before? Better than an experienced trainer like Montoya?

 

I'd guess rather than pick holes in Froch, Calzaghe would be more help telling Kessler what faults he saw when they fought?

As said though, more than likely we are just talking a chat on the phone rather than Calzaghe spending time at Kesslers training camp.

well if this is true and it sounds it, then joe should be ashamed of himself really. i used to be a calzaghe fan, but with each month that passes i came to realise that whenever he a big fight came up he would duck out with any excuse. Bad back, bad wrist, bad cold, bad case of the yellow fever.. when glen johnson got ducked and then he battered jones, all the bluster from calzaghe stopped that very night about johnson.

the guy is a spiteful whinger who is desperate for kessler to win or his ever-tarnishing CV goes up in smoke. froch will have beaten Taylor, Dirrell, and Pascal - add their ages together and it's still less than Hopkins+Jones.

when he takes out the viking, calzaghe's bitterness will see him transform into a man-sized bottle of JIF lemon.

 

Nah Froch is a bellend, love to see Kessler flatten him. Don't forget its an individual sport so a national bias isn't as strong as it is for a team sport.

 

calzaghe should get back in his chair, yes froch will beat kessler but he's gettin iced by abraham im certain of this, theres only so much froch's chin can take and abraham is a beast, im sorry carl but you aint gonna know what day of the year it is after abrahams delt with you.

the only way calzaghe comes out of retirement is if froch wins the super 6 and then beats bute plus froch will have to move up to light heavy plus what calzghe will be 39???

It will soon become apparrent that Dirrell is a little naff, that Kessler is a class above Froch and that Andre Ward is something special.
