Manny Pacquiao vs. Shane Mosley

it would have been a hell of a fight, a foty type fight,id pick shane to win by ko in 9-10 rounds

 

it really just depend on how mosely will show up...if he'll show up in his prime, i can see the fight similar to a pacquiao/morales I but if he shows up just a little under his prime, i can see the fight similar to a pac/morales II either way it will be one hell of a fight

 

Sugar Shane Mosley is the world's best welterweight and this year will show that to be true. First Mayweather - then Pacquiao then retirement as an ATG.

mosely has been inconsistent in his past few fights..sometimes hes as good as hell(margarito fight) sometimes not(myorga fight)..either way, its gonna be war in the ring if itll happen...

 

Having his ups as well as his downs doesn't mean he could still be in his prime. He's not in his prime at 38, I'm sorry.

Except Mosely destroyed the best WW at the time in Margo in between Cotto and Mayweather. Maybe if Mosley goes on and puts on an average performance against an average fighter, then pac will fight him ala Hoya, Hatton, and Cotto.:yep

 

I think Mosley KO's Pac. He would trade with Shane and although Pac is fast, I don't think he's that much faster. Put it this way, I think they are on the same tier as far as speed goes.

Shane has more power and better chin than Cotto.

 

Why are you people overrating Moseley vs Pac. Moseley couldn't even put a fight plan against Cotto. What makes you think he can catch Manny. How? By winning exchanges against Manny? Because Moseley does good against come forward fighter and no defense and Manny fits the bill? Then you still don't know what Manny is capable of.

We could argue all day Manny hasn't lost a round decisively in his last four fights. A lot here think Manny has mediocre defense when in fact his defense is very underrated around here. Moseley beat a stationery target in Margo and suddenly Moseley will just chew Pac. People never learn.

How? By compubox analysis, Manny landed more punch than Cotto and it's not decisive but arguable.

 

i believe manny can win every round in the cotto fight if he wants to..but then again, he said he wanted to taste cotto's power thats why he switch to defense mode during the first couple of rounds..

 

regardless of wether compubox says Pac landed more punches or not, that round is not arguable. You'd have to be a real fool to give it to Pacquiao.
