I like FRS as a supplement for anyone. Its designed to allow one to utilize energy efficiently, helps in weight loss and recovery on a cellular level. Its not your typical energy drink crammed with taurine, caffeine, and sugar. Actually a type of flavinoid concentrate.. Lance Armstrong uses it, but more importantly, so do I. :D

I'd recommend the A-Z vitamins, along with cod liver oil.

Along with what cross trainer said about absorbing punches, train your neck more with neck bridges, standing isometrics (pushing your head to one side and resisting), and neck curls with a harness if you have one.

I'm a totally beginer in equipment for MMA an BJJ. I want a rash guard and a short and some new good gloves. But I don't know what and where. I searched for this kinde of stuff but where I found most of good stuff I couldn't buy it. (mmauniverse) Because of some problems.
Now I saw and fall in love with adidas sleevles rash guard, but i couldn't finde it anywhere in my size or reasinable prize. So I'm looking somthing like that. Simple and pure. Can you give me some advice?

I think you are talking about Woody Bands or something like that.

    www.ironwoodyfitness.com

It is an actual site, no Rickrolls.

The only thing I take is Whey Protein. Try Designer Whey. It taste great and is one of the best Protein supplements I've taken. You can buy it at countless retailers in the U.S. or internationally.

Most importantly though, GREENS. Veggies are the way to go my friend.

How long before a fight do you weigh in? You might try searching for marathon runners pre race meals. I came up with this page. I would think they have been doing this long enough that the science is behind what they do. Adapt to suit your purposes.
