The only way this fight will happen is if theres no demands from each side but we all know thats not going to happen and after Fraud does good ppv numbers versus Mosley it will be even harder to make the fight than it was last time.

I have a feeling that's what Pacquiao was hoping. You can sense it with his demeanor in this interview. For the commission to step in and be the one to mandate random testing (including blood, though it constrasted their scientific belief that blood is inferior to urine). Pac looks so badly wanted the fight, but doesn't want to give up ego (like FMJ), so he's probably hoping the commission to mandate it.

 

Mayweather can NOT beat that punching machine named Manny Pacquiao. After his display last night, the fight moves further away from happening. Mayweather just does not want to fight someone he can't possibly beat. I don't blame him

 

I never thought this until now, but floyd must be petrified of this pacquiao machine.
