Good win for Duddy last night. Got a couple of rounds in which he needed and thankfully he didn't get any cuts. I hope he fights again in June July as he could do with another fight and move him up maybe against a top 5 fighter after that in 1 of the world ranked contenders. Maybe Duddy V Macklin at the end of the year an eliminator for a world title. They could put that on anywhere and it would sell out.

i think hate is a very harsh word and i couldnt see people on here hating any of our irish fighters or each other i,m a long time friend of the hyland family in meath st and believe you are entitled to your oppinion and if other people dont agree so be it and whoever pants is he needs to lighten up, also its never nice when we start bringing mammys into debate lets stick to boxing and i,m sure no matter what our oppinions are, we all support our irish fighters. the facts are the hyland brothers no matter what level they finish at are all good lads edward is my favour and just love his all action style and i recon bambam if paulie was to get a shot at any major title you would support him win lose or draw and after we could have a good bebate :thumbsup

can people stop offering each other out or I'll thump the shite outta dalotaye! :smoke

Hate to say it but Duddy bored the knickerbockers offa me last night. where was the aggression where was the brawlin, where was the entertainment???

He looked so limited and dare I say it he is oing backwards! I really hope I am wrong. He needs JCCJ to get his back licence back so he can get some cash and then cash out against Pavlik before its too late.

My Duddy interview is 90% for next week - so if you want any questions asked please fire away.

Also if you want any for James 'el tigra' Moore then shoot! :good

I merely stated Mammy Hyland would be unhappy with bam bams comments

Ment to ask if you went to the two nights of the finals this year?

Duddy v Lee in a packed house in the 02 or Odyssey Arena. What are Duddy's thoughts on that?

I know Duddy didnt look great last night, but on this occasion I will cut him some slack as I think his opponent was very good - fast hands and good aggressive fighter.

People are talking about a title shot - that performance definitely didn't demand one.

Of course I'd support him. Absolutely. I've watched him box many a time. I'll pay to watch him box again too. I just have opinions on him that certain people don't seem to like.

I agree with you about Eddie Hyland. He's the most entertaining of the lot. His fight with Sweet Pea was a JacobsCrakcer and really won me over to his side. Hes been in great fights since then too. And I think he'll be in many more

To tell you the truth mate I didn't see the fight but from Reading the post it sounds like he won easily. So fair play ;)
