$50 parking fees and no public transportation to the stadium. The fans were probably too busy thinking how they how they got screwed by arum and jones to show any excitement.

Exactly right. No audience microphones = no crowd noise. Same as recording a live band -- the crowd has to be mic'd up too, otherwise you just get the sound coming from the mixing desk, and this will never reproduce the atmosphere anywhere close to how it really was.

When you hear the same woman shriek over and over for 12 rounds in a crowd of 50 thousand, you know its pretty bad

If that one person happens to be near to a mic, it's normal.

Yes, because the crowd was just roaring all night during PBF-Baldomir showdown in Vegas...

If this is true then no more fights at my house. The undercards SUCKED and i honestly could have given a **** to watch more than 5 seconds of the first 3 fights.

This was Arums chance to bring boxing back in the spotlight and load the card at an amazing stadium with a huge crowd, yet he puts garbage on. If I was a casual boxing fan and went to this card, I wouldn't be interested on spending the money again.

Mosley vs. Mayweather would have brought the house down. Nobody there connects with or gives a **** about Pac

  14. Err... just because you say so... doesn't actually make it official.

You mean those amazing undercard fights full of action and excitement? Yeah they were awesome, and well worth cheering on.

I've been to fights at the MGM Grand and Madison Square Gardens, where the crowd were silent for most of the undercards.

In fact, I was at a Mayweather fight at the MGM Grand, and the crowd were silent for all of the undercards.

Why is Baldomir the go-to reference for all *******s? You can't pick a name from the other 39 victims?:-(
