Let's try moving on from the mesmerizing display by Pac... and somewhat lackluster job by Clottey.

Floyd first has to fight Shane Mosley. That's no easy task... many here think he will lose. The question is will we see a real challenge for Pac in his next fight? Maybe from Mosley if he wins... but will our superfight of a Pac vs Floyd fight ever take place? Poll coming.

If we don't get a Pac vs Mosley/Floyd fight than boxing takes a hit. Pac is a bonafide ATG/Star and needs a challenge. It's got to happen... does anyone think that Floyd just won't fight Pac (Or vice versa?)

    *Edit*

I guess Margarito and Paul Williams are possible alternatives. The first might be entertaining but would show what a real douche Arum is. The Latter might provide some excitement. What do people think about the alternative options? What about PW vs Pac?

If floyd wins there is no other fight to make.
    it has to happen.

Only if the NSAC adopts a drug (blood) test. I read somewhere that Pac, Roach and Arum would abide by this if the NSAC made it a policy.

    That is a horrible probability.
    I would be thoroughly disgusted.

I wanna see Mosely vs. Pac more than I wanna see Pac vs. PBF. Would be more of a war imo.

    of course it will happen

floyds wants one thing and that is money, pac will be the highest grossing fight in history and mayweather will make his biggest pay day with him

Nope I lost all hope for the fight before Clottey-Pac got signed. It still could happen but Margarito-Pac is more likely to happen unfortunately.

  10. I don't think it will happen unfortunately.

If Floyd loses convincingly (which I don't think will happen) to Mosley, I think he'll retire. I don't think that ego can handle a "1" in his record.

i aint bashing you but do you anything about floyd!

    he is all about money

he has a rematch clause, he will take that up to make another 20m or so in the rematch

floyd wont retire until he fights pac for the money

I think Pac stayed at WW because he wants to get used to WW weight in preparation for Mayweather. Its where the 1 big fight resides.

Roach made hints before the fight with team pac needing a longer training camp, they probably figured they wouldnt have enough time for March. Also the hiring of steve forbes as sparring partner might be a good sign too.

I think pac ultimately agrees to testing, he needs to really to clear his name, unfairly tarnished as it was.

something i pointed out earlier to the haters, when roach said fighting clottey is key to prepare for mayweather, pac is getting heavier in each fight, against floyd he will weigh in at around 146 1/2. he is a proper welter now almost

i thinks its funny that people think pac mosley is a better fight than may pac

maybe for the first 5 rounds but mosley will get outboxed, outpunched, outthunk if thats a word i dont care, pacquiao will look good beating him

pacquiao mayweather will be a technical, edge of your chair, at some point beautiful strategic fight for a full 12 rounds, it outclasses pac mosley by far
