    Do you consider Humberto Soto a Three Division Champion???

    He won the interim belt at 126 against Rocky Juarez.
    90% of 3 division champ is a hall of fame boxer. Just shows how hard it is to be a 3 division champ

    He's a 3 division titelist... doesnt mean he's a true "champ" in any wieght division.

    i remember fernandfo montiel was not a 3 division champ until he was declared the regular champ.
