EPO does not effect power, it impacts stamina. The Mayweather camp's concern was not HGH, it was EPO. Pacquiao's power is overrated anyway, it's his speed that kills fighters. To maintain that pace for 12 rounds was interesting, but the fact that his opponent provided little to no resistance probably helped.

I think the telling factor with this fight in his defence is that he weighed 145. Steroids allow you to build muscie with absolute ease. had he been using steroids- he would have been at 147 or 146 to get that extra pound of muslce- for the same reason a dog licks his balls- cos he could have. the fact is- he had to struggle to make enough weight- eating two meals the day of the weigh in to get up to 145.

We dont know cause you said it yourself that it was no drug testing for this fight. He could have easily cleared up all speculation or most of it by taking drug test for this fight to spell the rumors.
