Problem is, the regulations of the Nevada state commision doesn't know boxing. Floyd Mayweather knows boxing! This is why sometimes his own rules makes more sense to the sport of boxing than the state of Nevada rules. Random blood testing would make sure that there is no performance enhanced drugs being used, which would keep it clean. Though many don't understand that you can still enhance your performance illegally, without the drugs but instead with natural substances such as your own blood. This is called blood packing.. 2 weeks before the fight you take 2 litres of your own blood and you safely pack store it away, on the fight night you reinject the 2 litres of blood back into your body which gives you 50% more red blood cells which massively enhances your performance giving you more energy, stamina and a much higher Vo2 max. After the fight, you take out the 2 litres of blood and despose of it, otherwise you could die!
