Great post some logic here. I wouldnt be shocked if he was. Moseley fought a close SD where he never hurt Oscar but was on stuff. Toney decisioned ruiz but never really had him hurt. But he was on the juice. If Manny took it it wold be for training and maintaining. I do think Manny wins on stamina and boxing skill as he improves every fight also sheer will. Prior to when suspicions arose he was always a fast volume punching gritty fighter. However steroids are illegal so if he is on them he should get in trouble.

Steroids are not for one punch power KO's come from punch accuraqcy speed placement and technique he takes them for training (if he is). He would use them to get in the gym 7 times a week without and work out like he does. Roids dont equal powerful punches and KO's cause Toney and Moseley did not score them in the fights they got caught in. People like golfers are getting caught with them now just so they can continually swing the club and not get shoulder injuries not get huge muscles

 

These ******ed accusations need to stop already and are only carried by haters in my opinion. If he's on something he would have been caught like Toney and other similar examples were. Pacquiao has had two fights in the last four months which also means he has been tested like all other professionals after their fights and is coming out clean. We rely on the professional testing system not amateur testing and he cam out clean 56 times whether people want to accept it or not it's their own hate that makes them say otherwise. I can also start threads about how ALL are cheaters based on "facts" from Mayweather Sr. but obviously I'd rather not look like an idiot when I know how this goes.

BS double standard. This was is a screening as well. If you are clean what does it matter what screening it is? Fact is that Manny doesn't want to be screened.

No we didn't. Clottey came into this fight effectively undefeated. It was a snoozefest because Clottey acted like a heavy bag. Not because of the amount of punches thrown. He tagged Pac repeatedly. (I exaggerated the level of boring the fight was.) Anyway, I like pure boxers so I "get it" when I watch FMJ. Sorry for you if you don't.

The WBO always tests post fight. The point is that even with the current climate the TSAC caved in and did no pre-fight testing. That is when it counts!

It's easy to downplay who he is but apparently who he is was enough to get his son to request extra testing done, something that caused the fight to blow up. Let's not get into who's at fault here (Manny or PBF) because you have your beliefs and I have mine and this is a tired subject.

It's not a case of double standards man. It's definitely a screening but something was already in place that everyone has been subjected to. Maybe Team Pac was just annoyed that PBF would make these demands. I mean let's face it, this whole idea with PBF wanting to clean up the sport is kind of weak is it not? When has he been a man of high morale standards to begin with? I applaud the thought of it but let's face it, Camp Mayweather is all of a sudden concerned and they want to clean up the sport?

I like boxers of all styles. SRL and Sweet Pea are both in my top 5 fave all time so as you can see, I don't necessarrily prefer the bruiser and banger that Pacquiao is. But Floyd fights have been called boring in the past which is why I made that last comment.

 

Who cares why testing was requested? It was a REASONABLE request. Manny's BS testing cut offs killed the fight not testing. He wouldn't go under 24 to 14. Then he goes on to test at 20 for Clottey? Manny is a liar.

Now you are making up things. All they had to do was walk away and say, "No. We won't test." It would have been over. Instead, they jumped into negotiations like they could test hoping they could swing something. When they realized they couldn't, they killed the fight. I do completely agree that the cleaning up the sport stuff is 100% BS. Mayweather is just protecting his ass. That is just a convenient cover. But so was Leonard when he wanted fixed thumb gloves.

I never fault a guy for fighting his style. I have NEVER seen Clottey fight like this. He has never gone completely defensive for an entire fight. Especially when his punches were landing cleanly like they where here. The whole fight seemed strange.

 

See this is one of the things going around here on ESB that's been getting annoying and is the basis of my 1st post in this thread to begin with. How are we supposed to know how Manny Pacquiao is supposed to act and respond when he get's accused like this? Some people say "FU" right away, some people need time to let things sink in before they can respond, while others just go along with what's being asked of them. So for people to say "he didn't act right, or he said the wrong things" and crucify him based on that is just downright wrong.

Another thing is that we all know that there are way too many voices in the Pac camp which is why so many different reasons and stories come out of there.

As for the Clottey fight, he's the type of guy that only really unleashes when the other guy stops. Manny barely stopped throwing. I believe he got in Joshua's head somewhere and made him realize that there was just no beating him that night and it caused Clottey to fall even deeper into his shell. We saw plenty of moments where we think Clottey could have done some serious damage but from his perspective it might not have been so obvious.

In most of Manny's opponents fight interviews, these words are usually heard, "he's so fast" and "I didn't see the punches coming". Now factor in Clottey's style, maybe since Pac is so fast and unpredictable Clottey didn't have too many moments where he felt it was safe to throw punches. It might sound crazy but it could very well be what went down.

 

Man, you're still going on about this? What do you make of the unlimited random urine "screening" which Manny agreed to? I'd give you credit for your argument if Pac wasn't willing to provide urine samples either. Because it's only the blood testing that's at issue, you would naturally wonder what he could be wishing to hide that is only detectable by random blood tests. Unfortunately, for the "dirty" theory, no known PEDs fit the schedule and protocol accepted.

Who set the 20 day blood test? Manny has said he'd go along with the commission's orders. If they had required a blood sample at 5 days out, he would have complied.

Let's suppose you get very nervous flying in airplanes because you've been on some bumpy flights in the past. Your friend asks you to fly out for his bachelor party and you say you'll drive. It might take you more time, but it's less stress for you and you'll get there just the same. Or, if it's not possible to make it in time because driving would simply take too long, you decline.

Next, your employer says you have to fly to the same city your friend lives in. You explain that you hate flying and would prefer to drive. Your boss says it's not possible to get there in time and you must fly and you know your job would be on the line if you refuse. So you get on the plane and make the trip.

Would it make sense for your friend to then accuse you of lying about your fear of flying because you wouldn't get on a plane for his party, but you did it when your boss required it?

This is the sort of nonsense you are arguing. If you think that unlimited urine testing combined with the blood testing cutoff accepted isn't adequate to catch whatever Pac is trying to hide, you have a responsibility to determine what PEDs could be used successfully with that testing regimen.

Just because I don't have a fear of flying certainly doesn't make your reluctance to get on a plane a "lie," no matter how irrational the fear may be.
