It's not like Clottey normally throws 80 punches per round and all of a sudden he dropped it to no more than 40...

Clottey has always been a defensive minded fighter first and foremost with his tight shell defense.

I think it has more to do with Pacman just overwhelming Clottey than Joshua not performing to higher standard. I think Clottey just realized that if he pushed and opened up even more he'd end up like Cotto did....although he'd never admit it.

It reminds me of Sam Peter that was clueless in the ring with Vitali..and knew he couldn't overcome him after a few rounds. Instead of opening up even more and increase the chances of an even more brutal spanking, Sam called it off...

Clottey kept going all the way and tried to find the openings but Pacman's awkward style combined with super high workrate didn't allow Clottey a chance to do anything...

It's much more about Pac deserving props for the way it played out than Clottey deserving **** for his performance.

 

You seem to care by posting so often on this forum. My point is that even if you have a good point, it's lost when you use such awful language. You lose credibility every time you sound off in an irrational manner. I'm guessing your reponse will be one filled with foul language and broken sentence fragments, but I really hope you think about what is being said.
