Wont please many with the announcement and with garth on the undercard getting ready for his fight against choc at the end of the year I think this will cause a few here to not be too pleased. I look at it that Garth won the contender and deserves the fight good on choc for holding up his end of the bargain and giving him a shot

Agree 100% mate, he's fulfilled his part of the deal, but what will it prove though? Yeah it'll make Wood some money. But the guy's had less than 30 rounds experience FFS (he can get a little more over the next 6 months or so) Mundine's 2 months shy of 35, and the last thing he needs is more of the easy path that leads nowhere.
instead of calling choc "the man" or "the pioneer" he should be called "magic man".....because you never can tell what fight he will pull out of the hat next :yep
