I agree with you there - I am pretty confident Magee would beat Smith.

Lads, i thought Duddy was bitterly disappointing the other night. He looked like the same fighter who lost to Billy Lyell although he didn't get hit as much.I was hoping to see him build of his last victory and a make a statement but for supposedly being in the best shape of his life i thought his performance was poor to say the least.

I don't know where he should go from here, i'm not sure anymore that he can beat Chavez jnr.

Just don't refer to yourself in the third person and you'll be alright. Nothing worse than some ****er refering to himself in the third person. Ricky Hattons gone a right ****er for it 'Ricky Hatton still has an ickle bit to offer so you haven't seen the last of Ricky Hatton in the ring'.

Just tell him you're going to spark everyone, Booth, Munroe, Prunty, PBF, Rocky, Rocky II, The Champ, Cinderella Man and Terry Malloy

I didn't think it was that bad to be honest, Sure we are not seeing the Duddy of old but we haven't seen the old blood and guts Duddy for quite some time. It was a decent competitive fight against a tough young Mexican who's only defeat was a points loss to Vanes Martirosyan, he gets the win and moves on. You made a good point about him not getting hit so much and thats a plus. I'd give him a pass on this performance, workmanlike but certainly not poor, Lets hope for a bit more in New york as Duddy gets his career back on track. and forget about worrying about Chavez Jr, He's fooking shite and a stain on his old man's name.:D

co-sign every word of that. My view as well. I am gonna cut Duddy some slack as I don't think there is enough credit given to his opponent - who was very good and Duddy, despite the scores of one judge who was a homer, clearly UD'd Medina.

Chavez jnr is akin to Dimitry Salita. In others, shite covered with a paper record.

I was waiting to get crucified for that post. :D
Have to say though Ian Darke and Jim Watt appear to be massive Duddy nuthuggers, How many times was Jim Watt asking for Duddy to get his Title shot. Throughout the fight I was thinking Calm the **** down boys.

Its all a sneaky ploy. Watt is Duddy hater #1 and just wants to see him get his face caved in by Pavlik. Thats a true fact!*

    * I just made that up
