How ironic that you ask that question, read your comment.

At least it is common knowledge that Duran blew up to 200lbs after the fight and had to lose drastic amounts, more so than Manny. Same with Hearns.

Pacquiao would beat Duran the same way Ray did in the second fight since Pacquiao has the experience Ray lacked in the first fight. Duran would give Manny all the opening he needed and make Duran quit.

I would have Marquez higher based on his winning titles in 3 divisions, but at Lightweight id rate Buchanan higher and in HTH matchup at LW they are on par with eachother.

WTF how cant it work like that? What is so inaccurate about saying a Prime Dejesus is a tougher match than a faded Morales?

Besides Dejesus was a great fighter, watch some fight clips and read up more on the history of boxing. It is obvious you are a Newb to the fight game.

No way it would be exciting and Pac would be competetive for a while but eventually Duran bustes him up and kos Pac in 10, hell if Pac went wild on Duran, Manny might even get kod early. No way Pac could do that too Duran, Just no way:nono!!@!!!

I say you should watch the Leonard-Duran I again. Leonard was faster bigger and stronger than Manny and had the better Chin.

Duran never beat the opposition Manny did, and Mannys speed would be too much. Mannys better wins prove that

But Manny wouldnt be able to help himself from mixing it up with Duran and thats when they both tee off on each other, difference is Duran was much slicker and his defense much better than Pacs. I have no doubts about Duran knocking out Manny at welter.

I actually believe Manny is an ATG and i rated him between 10-15 on another poll higher than many others did. Based on his amazing jump from Fly to Welter but in a HTH matchup there is no way he would beat Duran at Wel or any weight for that matter. Hearns would have smashed and Leonard would have stopped him too. Probably Benitez. And he is lucky he didnt fight ODLH in his prime.

Although PFP i rate Manny very high there is quite a few Welters id pick over Manny in a HTH matchup
