He's adamant that Manny Pacquiao fought a lot more All-time Greats than Duran did. Duran fought four of them, Manny fought three of them. Oscar De La Hoya was weight-drained, according to Freddie Roach, and Erik Morales was past his prime by 2004. I don't see this significant edge that Pernell is seeing, perhaps he can indulge me further?

That just makes to much sense for the General Forum...best save it for somewhere else.

I really couldnt care less about the back and forth of it anymore, there is no point debating it with these peasants.

To tell you the truth, the lowest possible ranking I can see for Roberto and the highest possible ranking I can see for Manny are getting pretty close now. A decisive win over Money-Mosley winner, then Im not going into silly debates about who is greater. I like both guys and they are both true ATGeezys.

you talk like a 7th grader dude. Read what I said. If Hagler fights Pacman the way he fought Duran so non aggressive,, Pacman would do better than Duran because he is faster

If Hagler fought Pacman like he fought Hearns than Pacman is destroyed in 2 rounds. jsut a matter of how Hagler would fight. Duran is lucky Marvin Hagler fought him like that.

Its still Duran. Frightening though, Pacquiao has the fights to maybe overhaul him.

Camacho is not Manny. Hagler would beat Camacho any style he fights.

    I'm with you Rock.

I think there's a tendency to overrate the fighters of our own era. Ricky Hatton better than Ken Buchanan? :huh Miguel Cotto was maybe the equivalent to Carlos Palomino, a fighter Duran utterly dominated. When we look deeper at both men's resumes, I don't think Pacquiao's resume is any more impressive than Roberto Duran's.

Yey Zab Judah is at least as fast as Pac and he beats Hagler too, hell probably even Sugar Ray Robinson and Carlos Monzon we all know Monzon wasnt that fast.

Camacho would have easily beat a prime Leonard then he did vs a 40 year old over the hill shot Leonard. :rofl

Pac has 2-3 more fights to go before he calls it quits. Maybe, boxing historians will give us a better perspective in comparing the careers of these two great fighters.

    its

3 things are obvious he has not seen enough duran fights, he hasno idea what a great fighter is, and he overrates pacs last 4 opponents
