Not where you think he should stop - i think most people would agree 147 is his limit. But he could in theory still be competitive at higher weights.

he could probably fight up to 160 honestly...

but if your talking about fighting high quality top 3 - 5 fighters

pacquiao would be stopped (not able to compete) at 154

martinez - pw - dzinzurik - would beat him for sure
kirkland - cintron - angulo could possibly beat him could defiitely see these guys losing those tho

maybe a few others im forgetting

Maybe one weight class higher (154) if he goes on for a couple of years. But he's too small for the higher weights, especially because that most fighters 'make' the weight and come in on the night a lot heavier. The actual difference in height and weight would be too big for such a little guy.

fighting the top fighters in a weight class 147 is his limit. Clottey busting Pac's face up despite him not landing that many shots is a good indicator of how much the strength they have is affecting Pac. Clottey hardly seemed fazed by the numerous body shots and the few flush shots to the head that Pac landed so against a decent 154 fighter his offense won't very effective anymore.

    Against scrubs probably 154 though...

If the question is "At what weight could he be the Undisputed Champion of the Division", I don't think he can do it at 154, he might be able to do it at 147(although at this stage I think Floyd pips him), and I think he could be undisputed 140 pound champion.

I thought pac's highest weight would be 135, I was afraid for him against the monster called hatton. He proved me wrong.

154 against hand picked, weak punching, smaller opponents. No guys like PW, Martinez, Kirkland, or Angulo. Too big, strong, and powerful. He could fight a just-about-shot Cory Spinks or Yuri Foreman though.

By all means shoot me down but I'd say he would have a chance against Pavlik. Pavlik in comparison is too slow and no movement, and not in the same league as far as skill level.

He could maybe on he best day beat Cintron or a guy like Khoren Ghevor or Matt Macklin but no one better than that.

I think he could easily win a paper tiltle at 154 against Spinks,Foreman or Williams(not easy but i think he could beat the overrated Williams).
