Why would Floyd ask Manny to take these special test he never asked anyone else to take, after being a pro for 14 years, during a time where he is basically broke , so broke where he has IRS liens, cars repossessed, homes repossessed and his bank accounts all but cleared out, knowing Manny can say NO and cost him $80 mill. I say 80 because they will probably fight a rematch. So please guys answer me that question. Because if I was broke I wouldn’t ask a guy to do something he can just screw me around on especially when I just fought a guy moving up from 135, who was a very good puncher at lower weights but went to 135 and KOD two guys who had never been KOD before, put on 10 lbs of artificial weight, drank his own **** and ate raw quail eggs and I didn’t ask him to take anything but the standard NSAC test.

Let me add two things I am all for blood testing in boxing and if Manny refused to take a blood test that was the standard of the Commission he was fighting in I will say he is dirty point blank. Secondly, Floyd didn’t ask Marquez to take the test because he KNEW Marquez could not beat him. Better yet answer me this while your at it, how come Floyd didn’t feel the need to demand a blood test from Ricky Hatton when he leg pressed over 500lbs on the 24/7 show. Isn’t that extreme for such a little man?

The Mayweathers are not as dumb as their followers. They did their homework. They reviewed Pac's last loss and they studied what was the surrounding circumstances back then. Then they came across the blood testing thingy and found it most convenient to demand for it.

you cant look at what ifs, fighters believe in their ability. every boxer has a chance of losing every match they are in but the chances are low for floyd. he will win, what i ask you is instead of asking me that question
    ask your self this

how big will the fight be if mayweather beats mosley?

We'll never know why he demanded it. But maybe because he thought he had the power/influence at this point in his career to bring this into the sport, he would have been laughed at if he demanded this earlier in his career. Maybe his dad or uncle asked him to. Maybe to counter Pacquiao's camp demands...

Of course it will be bigger, but there's also a big possibility that it can get scrapped all together if he loses. Too big a chance for Floyd to take in my opinion.

Hatton went from a bloated tub of lard to a a ripped specimen in about 8-weeks time. Yet Floyd found no basis to ask him for testing? :huh

Or not ask for it in the first place, and move an as you've done with your first 40 opponents. He felt no need for Marquez to take it (a man Floyd claims beat Pacquiao 2x), yet he feels the need for Pacman to take it? Hmmmm:huh

    again....he asked for Mosley...Mosley took...WE HAVE FIGHT

regardless if he had not asked in the past or not....is the request dumb...yop sure is...however it is still a very feasible task to do....as we have seen Pac give blood before fights anyway.

Fact is u take the test and their is a fight....

Of the other 40....who had a a cloud hanging over htem about PED's?
