I think Manny Pacquiao would fight anyone between 140lbs-147lbs. I don't think he beats Shane or Floyd, but I don't believe the Filipino has any reservations about not fighting either men. I remember saying 7 months ago that Miguel Cotto would do a demolition job on him at Welterweight, and look how that turned out. Predictions are out of the window with this kid.
