sorry mate but you've got some crossed wires. they would strip him of his light welterweight ring title if he doesnt go down, not his position as p4p#1 (which isnt a belt by the way). i doubt he will lose that position unless he loses a fight.

in terms of pacquiao going down to LWW - i'd still be suprised. even the ring seem to be tentatively accepting his request as if they're not sure. roach also said the clottey fight could be his last so dont assume any plan they have is fixed. the only possible fight pacquiao could take that would be worth his while down there is bradley - but i expect he is still hoping to get matched up with floyd and make his defining and last fight, before stepping fully into politics.

 

You're totally missing the mark on the P4P no.1 spot pal. Floyd would have to do a lot to supercede what Pac has done. There's no mathematical way of losing the no1 P4P invade your form dips: there's a lot to be said for consistency, and there are fights that can keep Pac
top of the pile. Unless Floyd fights loads of top fighters and Pac doesn't fight for a year or so; the fo book suggests this won't happen.
