76-100, his resume is shocking considering the top fighters that were around 140 and 147

Talent and skill wise? Top 15 (his power and punch output are the only one lacking. At its peak, it was above average).

Actual accomplishments (aka resume) ? I have him in the high 30s to low 40s. He should really have 2 or 3 more big fights by now (32 years old). His fights after Castillo should have been better (except for 1 or 2 exceptions. Hatton is great for his resume).

Hard to say off top, but I'd go with 31-40. Mayweather is blamed for not having fought this guy and that guy, but most forget how much HE WAS DUCKED by other fighters. In the lighter divisions he was calling out alot of guys but no one wanted to fight him...(ie: Casamayor, Frietas, Mosley). Nevertheless, his current resume puts him in the 31-40 range in my book. Wins over Mosley and Pac would elevate him much more.

Top fifty. I've got him at 49, I think. Last I looked.

I'd probably place him 30-40. His resume isn't the greatest at 147lbs, but beating Mosley and then Pacquiao would no doubt make up for that. A five weight world champion is always going to be fairly high up the ATG list due to not many boxers achieving it. Although it was no doubt a lot harder to do this a couple of decades ago.

High 30's, low 40's. Skill-wise he's a rare combination, but his resume could be better. He had some good wins early on, but his fights at 140 and 147 are questionable, besides maybe Hatton. DLH isn't bad, but I'm sure in the future people will remember Oscar being completely shot (obviously he wasn't).

If he beats mosley and then Pacquiao in impressive fashion he's got to leap up several spots, especially considering the fact that Pac has to be a solid 5-10 spots ahead of him on the All-Time list at the moment.

Right now, I'd probably have him in the top 35. Wins over Shane and Pac would obviously elevate him.

Uh, uh, uh, uh and if he moves to super middleweight and beats the winner of the super six and then becomes undisputed heavyweight champion of the world after unretiring again, then retires for a third time undefeated, then definitely he's the greatest.
