Arreola vs Peter

Peter just won a IBF elimantor match, he don't need Arreola at the moment. He will more and likely be fighting either Povetkin or Wlad next.

Yes, Arreola/Peter would be a good match. I see Peter being the better of the two overall. I think Peter is just more polished and is heavier handed. I feel the fight wouldn't last long. It would look similar to Lyle/Foreman, two big guys letting it all hangout. The man with more power and the better chin will prevail, that I feel is Sam Peter by TKO 6th round.

 

I kinda think the opposite. Arreola is much more polished than Sam. :think

I'd love to see that as an eliminator! Or obviously Adamek if he beats Arreola, although he would probably deserve a shot on by that point anyway.

Wlad "nex" is not going to happen. Peter would be lucky to get Povetkin, and if that happens I don't see him winning.

 

I disagree. Povetkin has not proven at anytime his chin was solid. Him and his team have avoided the biggest punchers of the division his entire career. Taking on the lightest ranked punchers of the division like Donald, Bryd, and Chambers. I believe if Peter lands big on Povetkin, the fight will be over. An in-shape Peter gives anyone the division a rough night, just ask Wlad.

Povetkin is too good technician for Peter, who lacks in this element.

 

The guy has one of the lowest KO ratios I ever seen for an accomplished amatuer. I believe it's under 20%. I dont think Povetkin has fought one good oppennet with over a 50% KO ratio.

 

Povetkin is average fighter at best. Sam Peter smokes em.

 

If he is trying to say that then he's not a very well informed boxing fan.
