It doesnt simply because this is his stipulation. He has every right to ask for whatever it is he wants in the contract...every right.....that is why its negotiating. The past is the past, Pac didn't want a needle in his ass so that's that. What people should realise is that now Mosley has AGREED to the tests, there is no way Floyd would not demand it again for the future, so unless Pac has a change of heart this fight will never happen. I also get so ****ing pissed off when people who have no financial knowledge like to talk about people being "broke". When IRS come calling it hits you with liquidity/cash flow problems, if you haven't got the "cash" to pay it then you have to turn to assets, hence why Floyd sold some of his as his income doesn't come untill fight night and IRS don't wait for anybody.
