    :huh

But that is how Clottey fights ALL THE TIME!!! Pacquiao just didn't let him have a chance to open up.

Kos, Clottey doesn't fight like that all the time...the style is the same, but his output is generally significantly higher than on saturday night. The whole event looked like a glorified spar to me with there only ever going to be one winner, everyone including both fighters knew that. Pac gets no credit whatsoever off me for that, but then again I won't give credit to cheats of any kind :deal

Yep, everyone (apart from those wanting Pac to lose) knew he was going to be beat, but I give him that bit of credit for dominating his opponent like no-one has before. And you could say his output was lower than normal because Pac didn't let him have many opportunities to get any shots off :good

This is where the hub of the argument obviously lays...I would definately agree with you if everytime that Clottey decided to throw he didn't land and was then jumped on by Pac, it didn't happen like that. Just about everything that Clottey threw landed, but he never followed it up, just going back into his shell content with the fact that he was making something of a fight of it....he was content to lose :deal

    Fair enough :good

This argument might be made if Pac manages to beat Mayweather as well (although obviously not the bit where he was content to lose) :yep

Nah, if Pac beats Mayweather then he will get all the credit in the world...not going to happen though, he will get countered to a standstill...you can take that to the bank :deal:D

Pac should fight the winner of Berto-Quintana.

    Floyd would land some
lovely shots against Pac:but not enough to stop Pac winning a decision :deal

:patsch watch the fight again. clottey had so many opportunities to throw but didnt, even when pac wasnt throwning. this is why i say he came to survive and not came to win.
