    you can say that at 140 but at 147 theres some very tough fights along with some id say he looses

    but i assume this is in responce to the thread were he listed like every top 10 wleter

    Griffith,Basillio,Rodriguez,Cuevas,Espana,Armstrong,LOpez, all have a 50/50 shot. Im not so sure How Manny would handle a big punching welter. Especially a rangy one like Williams,FOrrest Im postive HEarns flattens him, Prime Oscar would whup him The first 9 imentioned id bet the ranch to beat Pac at Welter. I rate Pac higher than most of these guys PFP but at Welter i can see him getting beat by quite a few.

    Depends how your using it. Examples:

    Miguel Cotto has 2 losses
    Miguel cotto loses to Manny Pac *That is somebody stating it before it happened* If it did happen then it's not proper english. It would be Miguel Cotto HAS LOST to Manny pac.

    So either of them are correct. Also, the one guy would be correct if he were to say:

    Floyd Mayweather is loose.
    I wouldn't see how he'd know that though unless he were riding him of course ;)
