They had a 50/50 split but Pacquiao decided to fight Clottey instead.

Manny already agreed to blood test up until the fight.

He backed out of his agreement before Floyd could make another excuse.

    Lmao.

Regardless of what happened in the previous negotiations, the fight is guaranteed not to happen now as Mayweather is on record as saying that (a) he would not accept a 50/50 split, and (b) he will not allow any test-free window before the fight. He knows that Pacquiao won't accept those terms (rightly, IMO) so whoever was responsible for scuppering the fight last time - and nobody will ever agree on that, and **** me it's been done to death - it looks pretty clear that Mayweather is the one looking to scupper the fight permanently.

Based on what happened in the Mosley negotiations I would say that Mayweather would then ask for an end to the negotiations and ask for Pacquiao's signature on the contract.

I guess that would be two more demands from Mayweather.

But as we have been told many times now that Pacquiao will not give in Mayweather's demands.

I can't wait for it. Everything as been agreed upon and Pacquiao refuses to end negotiations and sign the contract because Mayweather demands it.

His fans then come on this site and repeat his lame ass excuse over and over and over and over and over until people are sick of pointing out how ******ed it is.

It was a known fact. It's something Manny wanted in the contact and Floyd didnt have a problem with it The only problem was the drug test.

Mannys' weight penalty and Floyds blood testing were in the contracts negotiations from the beginning.
