Because its a short notice and they needed a fight... Sprott is ranked 7th and is in training for a fight, which helps, and, to be honest, it has the potential to be exciting while it lasts.
Sprott isn't even in the top 7 HW in this country....short notice or not this fight shouldn't be for the European title, it devalues the whole thing.
I've been saying all along thet Audley is undeserving of a shot at the European title. Audley has done **** all. And now he's being matched with Sprott, who's equally undeserving ! This is a disgrace really.

this fight is gonna stink! audley will not want to let his hands go the whole fight, he knows sprott has that lucky ko in him and because of this audley will not engage, expect a points decision and audley getting boo'ed a lot at the end. big mistake this.
