Yeah, completely agree with this. I only give Mosley a chance of KOing Mayweather. If it goes the distance Mayweather takes it. Whereas, Pac could decision or KO mayweather.

Look....my arguement is just an opinion...and for me it's a valid one based on my view of how things have unfolded. I'm not saying you don't have some very soild points to refute mine....but I have my own angle that refute yours.

Manny is worth a lot more than Shane. And BASED ON FLOYD'S OWN WORDS...I thought the Money would be the end all be all for him. Meaning he'd gladly take the easy $40 Mill and easy fight without any problems. I'd have no reason to believe that Floyd would have needed to request blood tests and have to spread rumors about Manny whom I thought he felt was a "CAKE WALK". Again.....that was based on his own words that I came to form my opinion.

What "I THINK" is ......that Money is actually 2nd in terms of priorities in Floyds career. I honestly thought it was about the money ONLY....but now I see that his UNDEFEATED record and holding on to that is even more important to Floyd. And based on what the has done only solidifies my stance on this issue. If Floyd was more about the money and LESS about taking an "L" I don't think he would have even thought about requesting Blood tests for manny or went about tarnishing his rep with baseless allegations.

Floyd said it himself that IF his fight with Shane does better numbers that he'd never give in to Manny for an even split. Now originally that was what EVERYONE felt would be the cause for this fight to NOT come off. Little did we know that it would be olympic style testing out of left feild that killed it the first time....NEXT go round it will be the split b/c lets be honest.....Shane/Floyd will completely crush Manny/Josh. And that is all the leverage and reason Floyd needs to dead the 2nd round of negotiations with Manny.

That's fine if Floyd has turned over a new leaf and now all the sudden has the "Bug" to improve his sport....but my question is "WHY NOW". Why......after all the big talk about manny being nothing and easy....why risk your LARGEST PAYDAY against your easiest foe just to "scratch" that itch of all the sudden looking to improve the sport when NEVER in the past did he ever give a damn.....by his own admission he could care less about his legacy and putin on a show for the fans b/c that didn't win fights or pay his bills.:rofl For me it was just a little too convienent with regards to the timing of trying to better the sport. put yourself in Pac's shoes and imagine giving up more than a 50% purse when you are fighter of the decade, p4p king, destroyed the golden boy, and making 20 million dollars a fight against guys like Cotto and Clottey.

Everyone convinced Pac that he had to accept a 50/50 split in the Hatton fight when he didn't want to and it turned out Hatton didn't even belong in the same ring as Pac and could barely draw more PPV's than Clottey.

 

And Mayweather's latest fight just outsold yours by a million:huh
