Boxing News today: Oscar was going to talk to Sky about a deal after he did his interview on SSN.

 

Hmmm, I wonder what would happen, if just say-Khan wanted to be on ITV, with the terrestrial exposure, and Oscar wanted Sky Box Office for the larger money.

You'd think he'd put his foot down and say sky, but would he really be bothered, as surely he wouldn't make that much from a sky deal, particularly when Warren will have his grubby fish smelling mitts on a percentage of the PPV buys in the first place.

 

Maybe it's a bargaining chip to get more from Sky

 

Too good to be true, would love it if Khan was the fighter too bring boxing back to every house in Britain and Ireland with the backing of Golden Boy but again too good to be true.

I think it will be a decent fight, regardless of whether it ends in a KO. If its on ITV I guarantee it will get good ratings, Khan's still well known and liked by the general public regardless of the racists/people who think hes a cocky ****.

 

Yep, the people who dont like Kahn's Personality are just racist spastics, kahn is clearly a very friendly guy who is a little bit thick, he just happens to be a world class athlete and therefore his comments are often over blown and taken out of context.

This will do the kind of ratings that just may keep itv in the game, fingers crossed. I also think he will look superb against Paulie, pefrect opponent for stateside debut.
