Not Mayweather, no Mosley, no Bradley, no Alexander. No shock. Arum wants two things when it comes to Pac.

ONE a fighter that cant box, or is slow as ****.

TWO a fighter that he can take control of just in case they beat pac.

My Guess is Margo will likely be the next guy that Manny fights, if he can get his legal stuff in order within boxing.

 

Spinks would actaully be a pretty tough fight for Pac. Its a bad style matchup. Spinks wouldnt engage, and would use a jab and run that would upset Pacs jump in style.

This fight is very unlikely.

1. Pac stated that he wants to fight Floyd-Shane winner.

2. Pac is the favorite to beat anybody at 140 and at 135 if he could make the weight.

 

I think Valero is the worst choice. He's the smallest and offers nothing sytlistically that would trouble Manny. Marquez may not be effective past 135 and may be past it, but it least we know he has the tools to trouble Pacquiao. We don't know whay type of fighter Margo is now, but if he's near the same guy that fought Cotto, he has the size, power, chin, and relentless aggression to give Pacquiao some trouble. In all honesty though, he needs to just fight Mayweather. That's the fight everyone wants to see.

I doubt he could make 135 lbs. He stated he didn't want to go back to 135 after the Diaz fight because he didn't want to starve himself. This guy has been coming into the ring at around 145 lbs. since he was at 130 lbs. He shouldn't go below 140 lbs. at this point in his career.

 

I remember people were saying that they would like to see Pac vs Valero.

Now that it might happen people are complaining.

 

Because Pacquiao says he wants to fight at 140 for sure next so he can keep his Ring Championship.

Assuming Berto gets by Quintana I'd like to see that fight. Its an action fight that will go into the later rounds (I got Pac by TKO10), and Pac can become a unified champ at welter.

If not I'd like to see him take on Alexander or Bradley at 140, but those are unlikely.

Margarito doesnt deserve the opportunity and Pac would run right through JMM at this point.

 

No way, Pac would get killed.

 

Mayweather is not on that list. Why am I not suprised?
