^^^ The truth right there. British fans are the most delusional, parochial boxing fans around. They think this **** is the world cup and it's all "god and country". Look at the **** they say about Amir Khan. That guy got destroyed in a minute by a fringe contender and they're out there claiming Khan is a top 3 junior welterweight. It's ludicrous.
And HBO are fed up with them, because they don't do good numbers, thus proving Haye's point. Maybe, not guaranteed though, it could be in the UK. Haye has sold out the MEN for his fight versus Ruiz, thats like 20,000-25,000... versus John Frickin Ruiz.. a unification fight versus either Klit could sell out Wembley. Bull****, and Haye is "no draw" .. he did 800,000 buys in the UK alone for his fight versus Valuev, that is a ****ing insane number considering the population and amount of boxing fans. If Haye's chin is glass, Wlad's chin is paper ****in' mache ***git... yet you never seem to criticize Wlad.
Wlad gets knocked down by big heavyweight hitters.... Haye gets dropped by guys like thompson, mormeck, and barett
The first sentence insinuates a false truth....so Haye is far from "spot on" Wlad hasn't been on the canvas for more than 8s either Haye hasn't been the center of attention lately and so he talks some **** to get back in the headlines and put Klitschko haters at half mast once again
There's no shortage of stupid delushional shits around here................as if Haye is the real Heavyweight Champion
That first deal offered to Haye to fight the Klitschkos had to be the worst I've ever seen or read about. I wouldn't call it ducking - it was just a better business move for him. I'm not even a fan of his - but I'm a fan of Boxing. Maybe the next time around - they can agree to a better deal and get things done. Like everyone else - I would like to see him fight at least one of them - both of them if he manages to win. It's about the only fight in the Heavyweight Division that would generate some interest around the world. Peters is slowly working his way back into the picture and Solis I just need to see more of - then we might be talking about something.
Which one? Haye signed two different contracts. One to face Wlad, which he pulled out of, and then another one to face Vitali, which he also pulled out of. How bad could the contracts have been if he signed two separate ones? Besides, what was supposedly in the contracts is nothing but unconfirmed rumor anyways. But I hope Haye signs a fight with one of the Klitchkos soon. I think Haye is a good fighter but British fans go way overboard with their bull**** praise as usual.
**** the klits...we need new blood who is capable of making people interested in heavyweight boxing again... The klits are to boring to do that!
lol. Gotta agree there. There not as boring as the Japanese (see Pride FC), but they're defientely a different breed of fan compared to the riley English, nonetheless... lol
