    I have a idea...

    I just happened to be watching this vid, and it sparked an idea...

    Imagine a PPV event...

    MMA VS BOXING...

    Where all the MMA Champions/legends, and Boxing Champions/legends are pitched against each other....

    6 rounds of action....

    1round of boxing, 1 round of MMA and it keeps alternating like this...

    Bernard Hopkins said, MMA is like porn and it is gay...

    Floyd Mayweather said MMA is something for white people..

    James Toney said he can knock any of MMA legends out, including Bimbo Slice...

    David Haye said..he might consider a move to MMA for a Laugh.

    Ray Mercer knocked the **** out.....some MMA fighters, and he's a old man...

    That kid Silver or whatever, was calling Roy Jones Junior out..! "Forgive me i'm not a keen MMA viewer"

    Lets get it on....

    The battle lines are drawn....!

    Its been going on for years.....for years..!

    MMA is slowly taking over and invading boxing, on the street and on the TV screens........

    I remember on the weekend of Floyd Mayweather vs JMM..

    I was doing my door superversion course, and one of the pupils in my classed asked me..

    "Did you watch the fight..the other night"...?

    I said yes...

    But he wasn't talking about the boxing, he was talking about the MMA...

    Lets do something about it..!

    No MMA fighter can box with a pro boxer.

    and if grappling was allowed I wouldn't watch it.
    I'll stick to pure boxing.

    I have much respect for MMA....

    I do favor boxing though, it is more my type of sport even though I was a wrestler for most of my life.

    if the first round of each match was a boxing round, it would never make it to the second "MMA" round.

    also, this ^^^

    although i do like watching MMA from time to time, it doesnt keep me as entertained as boxing usually does. Specially when they hit the mat and stay there the whole round.

    Can boxing fans stop calling themselves fight fans if they only like one martial art. How a genuine fight fan does not respect and enjoy all martial arts is beyond me. At the very least like striking or grappling. I can understand that. Personally I love boxing and MMA. After that, I love martial arts on their own i.e. BJJ, Muay Thai etc
