Froch; nothing really. He just gets a pin stuck in him which is going to come at some point regardless. Kessler; possibly his best win, albeit expected. He needs to beat Ward to redeem himself. I've not ruled that out yet.
I could imagine this one being a bit cagey early on, both wary of each other to a degree. Once it warmed up though :hey I don't see how anyone can dislike Froch. Sure, he talks **** every now and then, but is willing to lay it all on the line and will fight anyone, anywhere.
I think it will be a good win and comeback for Kessler (certainly so, given his last one sided defeat... a win would show a lot of things, and credit to him), but personally, I don't think it warrants his resurrection as Superman on here, for beating Froch... but you just know it's gonna happen.
Nah, I don't see it. Beating Froch would give him some credit but he'd need to beat Ward for redemption.
Not to be too harsh, it still would be a good win for him and possibly/probably his best. He certainly would deserve credit for it, especially after coming off the loss he is doing.
Come on, this is fairly lazy punditry....of course there is an almost certain chance that a fighter will get beat at least once during the course of his career. Bit of a moot point in this fight anyway...Froch wins by stoppage (cuts) round 7 after Kessler has been eating Carls peachy straight rights all fight...take that to the bank
Not sure how much this headline rings true. Kessler: I lose, it's over http://translate.google.com/translate?js=y&prev=_t&hl=da&ie=UTF-8&layout=1&eotf=1&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.sporten.dk%2Fboksning%2Fkessler-taber-jeg-er-det-slut&sl=da&tl=en Strong words, though they may be lost in translation...
It shouldn't to any fighters, especially if they are mixing in the company that Froch is at the moment:thumbsup
Kessler has everything there to beat Froch so if he does not i think it shows his best days are behind him.
