If Floyd wants to play maind games then Pac needs the advantage of screwing of Floyd's mind that Manny is on PEDs and because of that Floyd would think that he's indestructible and that would be Floyd's downfall.
I still believe this fight will happen eventually. Both TR and GBP are trying to hype up both boxing fans and casual fans to make this event the biggest in the history of boxing. Both Pac and Mayweather are on top of the food chain and both fighters are ready to retire.
Pacquiao is out of excuses for not wanting to take a drug test. When Mosley agreed to random testing it backed Pacquiao into a corner. He will look very guilty if he doesnt agree to something so simple. Mosley showed that agreeing to random testing is not really a big deal or an absurd demand. Pacquiao will either agree to it or will cast a big black cloud over his career just like Mark Mcgwire,Barry Bonds and Sammy Sosa has done for their own careers.

I used to think that Pac originally agreed to Olympic style test but chickened out, but it was actually Mayweather that added that demand 10 days after Pac already had agreed to the fight without any mention of OSDT. Floyd did not want the fight then, I won't be surprised if it doesn't happen in the future.

Pac had a reason not to have blood drawn close to the fight. Pac's team still wanted to save the fight so they offered an alternative, 3 blood test, **** test all the way to the fight. Floyd did not budge from his demand, what's pathetic is that he never offered anything after he rejected Pac's offer during mediation. What's more pathetic is that he only re-offered the 14 days one day after Pac has moved on.
If the NSAC adopts a drug(blood) test, then both parties will have no choice but to accept it. I think the biggest hurdle this time around would be the purse split. FMJ will demand a bigger split and MP will never accept less than 50%.
