Terrible fight and WALD was far from impressive. Despite the KO it doesn't erase what occured in the previous 11 rounds.
The KO was weird. Didnt seem to really hit him. How anyone can compare this guy to Lennox and how we'll appreicate him when he has gone is beyond me. LL would eat this guy up on the inside.
He dominated but from about 6 onwards Chambers was there for the taking. Manny summed it up when he said "you throw a few jabs and then back off". Manny was telling him to throw the lead left hook for ages. He throws it and looks what happens.

In the same old boring, safety first manner. Imagine what Lewis would have done to Chambers tonight..... Even Manny was pissed off with WALDO toward the end because he is so methodical in chippinmg away that he ends up stinking the joint out. This is the reason why HBO have shunned him. Who the **** would continue to pay to watch fights like that.
The Lennox Lewis I remember boxed with the same safety-first, wear the opponent down with the jab kind of style Manny Steward coached him and Klitschko to use. I used to like Klitschko until he became a Lennox Lewis clone.
Should Wlad have back peddled and threw 11.9 punches a round? :roflatsch Would that have been 'exciting' for you? He won every damn round then brutally KOed the guy.
The difference being Lennox fought tentatively against Tua, one of the most devestating punches the HW division has ever seen. Wlad fights tentativey against Chambers, the light hitting should be cw champion of the world.
