Boxing fans are why boxing (in the USA) is going downhill...

Here we have a heavyweight title fight in a stadium that seats 51,000 people. American television doesn't even bother picking it up because boxing fans are so pathetically fickle. Then, a brilliant boxing display is put on by the Champion against one of the top contenders in the world... dominates the fight... dominates the distance... picks his opponent apart.... and brutally knocks out his opponent in the 12th round... and ******ed boxing fans ***** and complain about it being a horrible performance. Seriously guys... you aren't boxing fans if you don't enjoy a master boxer at work. I would understand if Wlad just failed to ever stop his opponents... but only 2 of his wins in over 9 years have not ended in a stoppage. The man shows great defense, hardly ever taking a flush shot. Shows great ring generalship, amazing jab, amazing left hook, amazing right hand... dominates his opponents, breaks their will, and knocks them out... and you sit back and complain about it. Congrats... this is why nobody wants to be a boxing fan in America anymore.

If that was David Haye that did that to Eddie Chambers... these same people would have ejaculated in their pants and call it the single greatest performance of the last decade. This is because David Haye runs his mouth in the media... so of course he is loved. Boxing fans nowadays are much more like WWE fans. This is why MMA is growing so rapidly. Because MMA fans don't **** on their fighters non-stop. They also don't write them off after a loss... or god forbid even several losses.

Congrats to Wladimir Klitschko on another brilliant performance and stoppage over another top Contender. In the future... people will look back and realize what a great, dominant Champ he was. As for now... we will hear non-stop bitching and complaining because I guess today's boxing fans only like 10 second fights.

to summarise, you are trying to big up a **** boring performance in which even his coach started screaming at

bitchko and his sister are boring boxers. the only time they will be on the main ppv of usa or uk is when haye is knocking them out which will be soon ******.

No sane person wants to watch boring fights. In order for fans to be fickle in this situation, they would have had to show support for Wlad beforehand and people have been criticizing his boxing style forever. We all knew he was boring and we knew what was going to happen.

all these fight would be more fun to watch than any Klitschkos fight.
But it not their fault.
Their just too good.

Yeah... nobody will like him... except for the 10's of thousands that buy tickets to watch him fight, and the fact that he is a beloved celebrity around the world.

Wlad is ****ing boring man. He outweighs his man by 40 pounds is taller and has a huge reach advantage he should be walking through guys like chambers. He fights like a Guy scared to get hit and jabs away. This is the heavyweight division and you can't fight like that and come away without criticism.

 

I thought tonight was a perfect example of how to kill boxing. Throw 3 different types of punches despite physically dominating your opponent. Great. What a ****ing borefest.
