What else would Floyd ask for IF Manny agreed to the tests?

Floyd is not a bigger draw than manny. It's floyd's opponents who are the bigger draws. So you are telling me that if floyd fought clottey, he would do better ppv than Pac, you are freakin high if you believe that. If shane beats mayweather which I feel he will, I guarantee Pac/Mosley will do better PPV than Mayweather/Mosley

 

He would ask Pac to spend the night before the fight with Ellerbe.

Its commons knowleadge that OSDT was written in print as a stipulation for the fight to happen from the very first day of negotiation.

This fact has been debated over and over.....its been brought to Arum's attention and he never denied that OSDT was'nt on the table from day one.


What happened is that Arum and Pacquiao ignored that Mayweather had proposed OSDT as a stipulation, with the idea that eventually Mayweather would allow for it to be thrown out as a concession for another matter or a written stipulation from the Pac side.

Arum was never able to get the Mayweather to drop his stipulation of the drug testing happening.
.....but there is no mistake here and both sides have confirmed that the OSDT stipulation was on the table from day one of negotiation!:deal

There are a few BOZO's like yourself that want to believe that Mayweather put the drug testing in at the last minute to break negotiations......but that is'nt what happened.

.......and in fact, even after nothing was accomplished with a moderator trying to help the sides along.......
Mayweather wanted to continue negotiations, but Arum broke them off and cut a deal with Jerry Jones to have Pac fight at Dallas stadium.

When Arum cut off negotiation, Mayweather was quoted the next day that the 14 day window for testing was still on the table if Pac wanted to make the fight.

.....then Arum said, "now he's proposing 14 days when in negotiation he would'nt budge from the day before the fight testing."........"There is no fight, I'm not playing games", arum went on to say......

.......the next day, the moderator came out public and noted that what Arum had said the previous day we're lies. Mayweather had proposed the 14 day window during negotiation.

It turned out that both sides during mediation had agreed that if one side lied about what happened during mediation, the mediator himself would call a newsconference to denounce the liar.

The mediator has only called one newsconference to date, and that was to announce that Bob Arum did not tell the truth and that the Mayweather team had negotiated in good faith but the teams could not agree upon a window of testing.

The next day, Arum backed off his previous statement that Mayweather had not proposed the 14 day window.


The only person that has been found to have lied during the whole negotiation is Bob Arum, and there is'nt anyone that knows anything about Arum that is suprised.

I remember reading that Floyd did not want Winky weighing more than 157 at a weigh in about 3 hours before the fight. Winky rejected that because he would be weakened

I just clicked on the last link you posted, and what it say's is that Mayweather wants OSDT added to the contracts.
It means that the initial rough draft that each side turns in with a list of stipulations, had Mayweather's including OSDT.

It only confirms that Mayweather stipulated OSDT from the beggining you *******.
