This subject has been talked about before but since cheating is such a big topic in boxing right now I think it needs to be batted about once again. Does using a substance that is illegal in 49 other states make u a cheater?

It's not banned where he fights is it? So how can it be cheating? The rules are set and he breaks non of them.

    Simples

Don't mean I agree with it though, it provides a significant advantage but hey.

Can you please provide a source that says it is banned? Then please outline if it is banned in both training AND competition. Then show us to source you used to confirm that Mayweather used the substance in a way that violated the ban.

You won't. You are a *******.:deal

It's not banned in Vegas where he fights, so you cant say he's cheating.

What I want to know however is why in the hell does the NSAC allow its use in its jurisdiction?

Mayweather obviously uses it to mask the pain on his sensitive hands......but when you do that, the fighter is actuallly further injuring his hands without being able to feel the pain.

Its been legal in alot of states before as Freddie Roach has said he's used it during his career.

I say however that what is to stop fighters who really dont have bad hands from using it to mask the pain of a badly placed shot on the skull or elbow of an opponent.

Its legal in Vegas, so whats stopping fighters from loading up with this **** and just throwing caution to the wind not having to worry about pain on their own hands?

If the fighters want to use it during training, thats up to them, but it should'nt be legal to use right before a fight.

Its not cheating because its not illegal where he fights.
Its like saying an 18 year old in Ireland where thats the legal age is a criminal if he drinks alchohol because the legal age in America is 21.

Its not banned in Vegas, so whats to stop him from using it if its not banned?

I have read where he's used it in fights, but I dont care one way or the other to go out searching for a link for it.

Ironic thing is, Floyd uses this *ahem* PED, DLH tested positive after the Hopkins fight, and Shane has the whole Balco thing...yet it's Pac who's a supposed cheater.

    Un-****in-believable.

Clarify yourself Lance, the stuff Mayweather uses is not a performance enhancer, its a pain killer.

.....and what did DLH test positive for in the Hopkins fight???

cheating is doing stuff that's against the "rules". and if using xylocaine is not against the rules in vegas. then theres nothing wrong with it.

If it allows him to perform better...it's an enhancement. Maybe a stretch.

As for Goldy, I don't remember the exact PED. But it was in a few articles. I'll try to look it up.

I've heard rumors about DLH, but if its those recent ones about that puppet of Bob Arum's asking DLH to release his medical records for the world to see, there's nothing substantiated in those allegations.

Arum may know something about DLH the public may not know, but anything that comes from him should be taken with a grain of salt unless someone officially substantiates it as the truth.

......and you know Lance I'm far from a DLH fan!:D
