Sorry about my previous post, for the record i do think ali is great, but he is also over rated. to many people just view ali as the G.O.A.T. without any debate. look ali was great but not the greatest.

I couldnt agree more about the De la Hoya fight, I cant believe some people try to say Trinidad deserved to win that.

Can't blame Tito for it though.

Tito came to fight a full 12 rounds and Oscar only came for 9.

Not Tito's fault Oscar ran... Oscar came into the fight with the wrong game plan and got the loss. its his problem! not Trinidads

Felix was good. I am not sure he was overrated. If his opponents had the answer for his left hook that was part of solving Felix, but he was a good fighter whom I think if you had to rate him was Hof and probably top 100 ATG. Regardless of the bad scoring, he came on top when he fought Oscar. That gives him some credibility.

Tito's problem wasn't going to 160 as he destroyed Joppy, Cherifi and Mayorga at that weight. His problem was that he ran into the living legend. Nobody comes out of a fight with The Executioner looking good. Tito was just another unfortunate victim. There's no shame in losing to one of the best.

Uh, no. He was never the same even at 154. If you have watched him fight you would know that. At Welterweight he could end a fight with one punch. Above that, it took alot, especially at 160. He hit Joppy and Mayorga, about 100 times before they went out.

On Hopkins, big deal. It was not much different than when Hopkins, beat Oscar, and when Hopkins, was in there with Taylor, somebody his own size, he was not so great.

Tito was killing himself to make 147, he had to move up. He still had power even at 160 lbs. He just ran into two guys who were bad matchups for him. Tito would never beat Hopkins. Hopkins lost two controversial decisions to Taylor when he was 40 and struggling to make weight. He still went up two weight classes and destroyed Tarver and Pavlik who were both his size. He also beat up a bunch of top MW contenders that were his size as well.

Trinindad beat De La Hoya because he forced the action when De La Hoya was being a sissy in the later rounds.
