Wlad fights like a ****ing *****, there's no two ways about that. He has ridiculous advantages over every opponent he faces and still is unwilling to engage. The thing is, he fights very effectively and has an excellent technique on that one-two of his.

I actually couldn't believe the size difference between him and Chambers!
Chambers is just over 6 ft too!

It's not that hard to beat your opponents when they are much smaller than you..

I'm certainly not a fan of Wlads over cautious approach to fighting but getting ktfo 3 times probably has something to do with this. In the end he still stopped Chambers albeit right at the end but he knows only too well he's one punch away from disaster. We can talk about their freakish advantages over their opponents but Valuev has more & is nowhere near the fighter of the Klit bros. Wlad v either Haye or Tua will be interesting though. I can't see anyone beating Vitali anytime soon.

Ranser ask a few Tyson victims that were alot bigger than him in his prime what they think of how easy it is to beat up on a little fella.

I'm not just talking about size and weight though. He is far more athletic than Valuev and most other contenders. He could've gotten Chambers out of there in 3 or 4 rounds by all reports.

Tyson was the king of bopping and weaving and getting on the inside.
I have yet to see anybody that can come close to matching him in this aspect of the sport.

Prime Joe Frazier. Did the same against much better opposition.

100% agree Ranser & Ippy. If Tua could bob & weave under Wlads jab & hit him with that left hook............I think Wlad will go to sleep again.

Tua would lose every minute of every rd to Wlad in 2010. Did you not see him fight Lennox ?

IF Tua hits him. IF IF IF. He won't because he is not good enough.

Tua hit lewis flush a few times though. I think though, that because Lewis was so much taller, he lost a bit of leverage and power to actually connect.

i watched the fight on german tv.
i agree the punch looked like it was not a ko shot and chambers must have just been fatigued the first 2 times i saw it on replay.

but a few mins later they gave a brand new angle , above and to the left side in slow mo where you saw the big left hook slip through the gloves and land flush, chambers head moving visibly on impact and out he went like a light.

that angle showed the punch did land , hard and clean and since it came from so far back with full body torque, its no surprise chambers went out.

Wlad doesnt take risks. He was content to keep Chambers at the end of his punches and when at times Chambers looked gassed or just stationary Wlad was hesitant to go for the kill. He knows his chins not rock solid and fights accordingly. Smart but I'd rather watch someone else.

Was also surprised Chambers went down. To be honest it should have happened sooner and while Chambers showed glimpses of skill, he seemed only content to survive and when fighters do that Im kind of glad they get knocked out.

Please lets not put Wlad in Lewis' league. Lewis fought & beat a way higher quality of opposition. I think Tua is a very live underdog against china chinned Wlad who fights like he's scared of the other fighters shadow.
